This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 27.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5794 of 2023 to execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one should be the blood surety, who should produce document to show his/her means each for a like sum.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5794 of 2023 on 27.03.2023 with a condition the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of whom, one should be the blood surety, who should produce the document to show his/her means. He would submit that the petitioners are ready to produce blood relatives, but they are not having any document to produce to show their means for Rs.25,000/- and thereby, the petitioners were unable to furnish the sureties before this Court and thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition.

vkr petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety should be the blood surety, each for a like sum. The other conditions shall remain intact. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
