The petitioner, who was a Salesman in TASMAC Shop No.9327 in Tiruvannamalai District, was dismissed from service by the third respondent, by proceedings dated 23.09.2013, against which, he preferred appeal, which was dismissed by the second respondent on 17.04.2014, against which, he filed a Revision Petition before the first respondent on 06.05.2014, which is pending. In view of the limited prayer made in this Writ Petition, the first respondentrevisional authority, is directed to dispose of the said Revision Petition, dated 06.05.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
