This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation which is pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police in Cr.No.9 of 2015 to Crime Branch Crime Investigation Department (CB CID) for investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the defacto-complainant is in the family way and after the child's birth only DNA test can be performed. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after the child is delivered.
