2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

Learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that this Court has already directed the concerned respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 03.05.2016. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
