This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.07.2015 and to file a first information report and also to file a final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. Earlier, this petitioner has lodged a complaint which was enquired and closed on 27.07.2015 and a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. The petitioner has again lodged a complaint dated 16.07.2015 and on a reading of it, it does not inspire the confidence of this Court. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police as prayed for by the petitioner.
