ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who was arrested on 17.03.2022 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 302 and 34 of IPC in SC.No.78 of 2019 on the file of the learned XIX Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, seeks bail.

2.Owing to execution of a Non Bailable Warrant, the petitioner/A2 in SC.NO.78/2019 pending on the file of the learned XIX Additional Sessions Court, Chennai, had been taken into custody on 17.03.2022. 3.It is complained by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that there are totally 5 accused and A1 alone is regularly appearing before the Court below and the other accused are taking turns and absenting themselves.

4.In view of the fact that trial is in progress, this petition is dismissed. This does not mean that the petitioner cannot approach the Trial Court seeking appropriate relief.
