This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.09.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.620 of 2015, before the respondent.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular action shall be taken, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs.
