(Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) This Writ Petition has been filed praying to quash e-sale No.2/2015, dated 18/6/2015, in DRC No.31 of 2012 and the proclamation of sale, dated 18/6/2015 and the auction to be held, on 30/7/2015, by the first respondent.

2. On 12/12/2016, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Hence, Registry was directed to post the matter on 14/12/2016 and thus, it is listed today.

3. On both the occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Further, e-auction sale notice, can always be challenged before the appropriate forum.

4. For non-prosecution as well as for the reason stated supra, this writ petition is dismissed.
