ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for Mandamus, directing the third respondent not to insist upon payment of Entry Tax at the time of registering Toyota Land Cruiser, White Colour Car bearing Chassis No.JTMHVOS J104043275, Engine No.1VD0071819 RHD imported from Japan. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
