Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.3922/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.454/2022 dated 25.03.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S./ G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3922 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.454 of 2022 on 25.03.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
