O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to implement the order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.A5/5495/2017 dated 25.09.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, made a submission that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kallakurichi has forwarded the complaint submitted by the writ petitioner to the District Revenue Officer, Villupuram for initiating appropriate action.

3. The said letter dated 05.02.2018 sent by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kallakurichi to the District Revenue Officer, Villupuram states the nature of the misconducts committed by one Mr.Sakthivel against whom the complaint was filed by the writ petitioner.

4. Thus, this Court is of an opinion that all further actions are to be initiated by the District Revenue Officer, Villupuram based on the complaint given by the writ petitioner as well as the letter issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Villupuram by his proceedings dated 05.02.2018.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
