O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to cancel the power of attorney and pass appropriate order in cancellation Doc.No.P116/2021 by considering petitioner representation dated 15.06.2021 within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the case is taken up for admission, Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that, pursuant to the enquiry conducted on the plea raised by the petitioner through his representation dated 15.06.2021, final order has been passed by the respondents on 30.06.2021 and a copy of the same also has been served on the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid development, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, since orders have been passed on the representation of the petitioner, of course an adverse order against the petitioner, with a liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law, this writ petition may be dismissed by recording the said development.

4. Considering the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, since the petitioner's request dated 15.06.2021 having been considered, and order has been passed by the respondents on 30.06.2021 and a copy of the same has also been served on the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law, if she is advised to do so.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
