2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R4 and Ms.Dakshayani Reddy, learned counsel for R5 have been heard. 3.The prayer of the petitioner is for a Mandamus directing the official respondents to act on the recommendations of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vellore as forwarded by the Collector under cover of proceedings dated 17.04.2017 and intervene in the administration and management of Shri Krishna Vidyalaya Middle School, Ranipet, Vellore District. 4.Mr.Jayaprakash, has filed a counter on behalf of R3, wherein they take the high road and state that they need not be reminded of their duties by the petitioner.

On the basis of complaints received, the District Collector and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vellore have already embarked upon an enquiry and the enquiry report submitted has indeed, confirmed various short comings in the running of R5/School. 5.Thus, the School has been brought under direct payment system as per proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1251/B3/2018 dated 07.11.2018 passed by the District Educational Officer. With this, in fact, the purpose of the writ petition has itself achieved as this is precisely what the petitioner had sought for. 6.Thus, and recording the above, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
