ORDER

(Passed by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner appellant and learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 268 days in filing the appeal and to dispense with the production of certified copy of the impugned order dated 30.05.2019 passed in W.P.No.15097 of 2019.

3.We have considered the submissions raised and we find sufficient cause having been shown to condone the delay. We, accordingly, condone the delay and allow the condonation delay application. The application for dispensation is also allowed. The appeal shall be treated to be within time and be given the regular number.
