State of Tamilnadu and others reported in 2004(12) SCC 381 in all Districts of Tamil Nadu whereever not constituted and also direct the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 08.03.2013 to provide rehabilitation measure to the Boy Suresh as contemplated under the Provisions of Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976.

O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the earlier orders, the only aspect which survives for consideration in this writ petition is the larger direction for constitution of Vigilance Committee by the State Government for all Districts in view of the directions contained in Public Union for Civil Liberty v. State of Tamilnadu and others reported in 2004(12) SCC 381.

2. We thus call upon the respondents to look into the issue and ensure due compliance of the directions contained in the aforesaid Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of the order.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

4. Intimation be sent to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
