The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that since the authorised person of applicant firm was suffering from jaundice, the cost could not paid as per the Order of the Court and he is now prepared to pay the cost provided some time is extended.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objections in granting further time to the applicant to comply the Order of this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and in order to give a fair chance to the parties to advance their case, time is extended to the applicant to pay the cost to the school referred in the Order of this Court dated 28.02.2017 by way of Demand Draft on or before 13.12.2019.

4. Post for reporting compliance on 16.12.2019.
