ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.199 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 120(b) and 506(i) I.P.C. on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been roped into this crime as if they are the owners of the Arul groups, but the petitioners are not the owners of the Arul groups and they are only the employees of the Arul groups. Hence, he prayed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.199 of 2018.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to produce all the relevant materials to prove that they are the employees of the Arul groups before the first respondent. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and complete the enquiry in Crime No.199 of 2018 and file a final report before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the jurisdictional Magistrate concerned within a period of three months thereafter.

4. This criminal original petition is disposed of with above directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
