ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to take action on the representation dated 01.10.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner's father, while he was working as Helper in respondents Department, died on 29.05.1993. Thereafter, the petitioner's mother submitted an application seeking employment on compassionate ground. However, it was rejected, on the ground that the petitioner did not possess any necessary qualification. After attainment of majority, now, the petitioner made an application seeking employment.
4. After a period of 13 years, the application submitted by the petitioner seeking employment on compassionate ground cannot be considered and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
