CRIME NO.1068 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.20524 of 2020 by order dated 04.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 8 Clause (c) of the order dated 04.03.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20524 of 2020

2. This Court, vide order dated 04.03.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 04.03.2021 stand unaltered. -sd/- 29/06/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
