2.This matter was listed on 06.08.2018 and on that day, at the request of the appellant's counsel, the matter was adjourned to 10.08.2018. On 10.08.2018, there was no representation for the appellant, despite the matter being called thrice and the counsel for the respondent was present on all the hearing dates. Accordingly, on 10.08.2018, as there was no representation for the appellant and the appellant being called and remaining absent, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption " for dismissal" .
