CRIME NO.592 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner before the respondent police the petitioner 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No. 7677 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 3278 of 2021 dated 13.08.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7677 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3278 of 2021 on 13.08.2021 to appear before the respondent police fortrightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter to appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m., until further Orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed.
