Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction, directing the 2nd respondent to take up the matter relating to building plan for the petitioner's wakf property situate at T.S.Nos.617, 618, 620 to 623 in ward No.2, Block No.11 at Kodikkapalayam, Thiruvarur Town with the 1st respondent herein as per order of this Court and passed in W.P.No.19620 of 2013 dated 21.06.2013.

The prayer in this writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take up the matter relating to the building plan to the petitioners property situated at T.S.Nos.617, 618, 620 to 623 in ward No.2, Block No.11 at Kodikkapalayam, Thiruvarur, with the first respondent as per the order of this Court in W.P.No.19620 of 2013, dated 29.01.2016.

2 Heard Mr. A. Muthukumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.J.Sivakumar, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and Mr.V.Lakshminarayanan, learned counsel for the second respondent and take notice for the second respondent.

3 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the second respondent that the second respondent shall pass orders within a period of eight weeks.

4 In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to pass orders on the application of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity to the necessary parties.
