This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit the enquiry was conducted in C.No.H2/1702/SP GDP/2021, dated 17.06.2021, based on the complaint given by one Jothi/3rd respondent. course of enquiry, both the parties have agreed to approach the competent Civil Court for redressal of their disputes. In view of the above, the enquiry has been closed on 17.06.2021. He would further submit that the respondent police are not harassing the petitioner.
3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
