ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, on 01.03.2022 while considering the bail petition had dismissed the petition, considering the conduct of the petitioner who was absconding for a along time and delayed the trial. However, while dismissing the bail petition, Court has also directed the trial Court to complete the trial preferably within a period of four months. The four months period expires today. 2.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that out of 35 witnesses 34 witnesses already been examined and the matter is posted for examination of Investigation Officer on 06.07.2022. 3.

In the light of the above fact, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail petition, since substantially the direction of this Court has already been complied with. Except I.O., all other witnesses have already been examined and hopefully, the judgment in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this matter will be delivered soon after the examination of I.O., who is asked to appear before the trial Court for examination on 06.07.2022.

Hence, the bail petition is dismissed.
