This petition has been filed to relax the condition b the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the order dated 03.03.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.5859 of 2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.7[b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the order dated 03.03.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.5859 of 2025, is relaxed.
