,) bounded on the North by : Road from T.T.K.Road, South by Road and Door No.2, East by land in S.No.3709/3 and 4, West by TTK Road, more fully described in the schedule hereunder, as per the aims and objects and the purpose for which the Trust was created and as per the order passed by the Supreme Court dated 14.12.2011 in Civil Appeal bearing No.

b) to scrutinize the offers in consultation with the property consultant appointed by the petitioner and select the most advantageous offer, in the best comprehensive

interest of the petitioner.

c) to execute registered lease deed with the prospective lessee.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mrs.Auxilia Peter, Advocate for the petitioner herein and upon reading the petition and the affidavit of Rev.Fr.B.Stephen, filed herein, and the learned counsel for the petitioner having made an endorsement on the petition stating that " The Petitioner is withdrawing this petition", and this court doth recording the same, It is ordered as follows:- That the Original Petition No. 819 of 2018 be and is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
