ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 07.11.2017 made in I.A.No.255 of 2017 in O.S.No.24 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif, Mahe, thereby allowing the petition to receive additional chief examination along with documents. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that after allowing the petition to receive additional chief examination of PW.1, now, the plaintiff side evidence was closed and the defendant side evidence is in progress.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, nothing survives, in the prayer sought for in this petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, the suit is of the year 2014. Therefore, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
