ORDER

Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Jothimanian, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, and Mr.S.Muthuraj, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the third respondent.

2.It is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, that the first respondent subsequently, passed an order ordering closure of the TASMAC Retail Outlets on 30.7.2015, on account of the demise of the Former President of India Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, as on today. 3.In the light of the above said development, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition, as on today. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
