ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Cr.No.146 of 2011 dated 04.06.2011 and pending before the respondent, quash the said proceedings against the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.146 of 2011 has been completed; Final Report has been filed in S.C.No.290 of 2012 and the accused was acquitted by the Fast Track Court No.II, Tindivanam on 08.02.2016. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
