(CRIME NO.112/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition para 5(c) imposed upon them by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.7885/2022 on 05.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ARIVAZHAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.UDAYAKUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7885 of 2022 dated 05.04.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7885 of 2022 dated 05.04.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required instead of daily at 10.30 a.m.
