J U D G M E N T

This matter is heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant/Insurance Company as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the parties have arrived at a settlement for a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- in full quit in favour of the respondents 1 to 3 and filed a memo of compromise signed by both the representative of the appellant as well as by the respondents 1 to 3 and also by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.Recording the memo of compromise, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed as settled out of Court. The appellant/Insurance Company is directed to deposit the sum of Rs.4,50,000/- less the amount already deposited, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. On such deposit, the respondents 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the award amount equally among themselves, after adjusting the amount if any, already withdrawn. The memo of compromise shall form part of the decree. No costs.
