ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to set aside the Judgement made in CA.No.233/2019 dated on 27.02.2023 on the file of Learned V Additional District and Session Judge, Coimbatore, confirming the judgement made in CC.243/2016 dated 26.06.2019 by the Learned Judicial Magistrate level, Fast Track II, Coimbatore.

2. The entire amount has been paid through demand draft. As on date, the full cheque amount has been settled. With regard to the interest for cheque amount, the counsel for the petitioner has raised objections. However, a civil suit between the parties is still pending. Since the cheque amount has been paid, there is no necessity to proceed further. The entire cheque amount having been paid, the petitioner is acquitted from all the charges.
