O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10427 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020 directing the petitioners to report before the Cantonment Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the respondent Police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10427 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10427 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020 is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
