2. This criminal revision petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 21.02.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.585 of 2020 in Crime No.07/2020, passed by the Hon'ble District & Sessions Court at Nagapattinam and the release of the vehicle of the petitioner.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's vehicle was transporting sand without number plate and hence, this is not a fit case for release of the vehicle of the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed.
