Crl.O.P.No.12446 of 2022 Crl.O.P.No.12446 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA.J, The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.151 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This Court by an order dated 26.05.2022, while granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner till 01.09.2022, had directed the respondent not to arrest the petitioner and further, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., and the petitioner was also directed to pay an amount of Rs.2,80,000/- by 01.09.2022 and had posted the matter for "reporting compliance" on 05.9.2022. It is now reported that the order has not been complied with by the petitioner.
3. Taking into consideration of the above fact that the order has not been complied with, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on 26.05.2022 stands terminated and the respondent is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
