ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 363, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.641 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This is the third anticipatory bail application filed before this Court. Earlier, twice, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.2949 & 6510 of 2020 dated 18.02.2020 and 19.03.2020. Further, the petitioners had not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners had not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.2949 & 6510 of 2020. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed and time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6510 of 2020 dated 19.03.2020. -sd/- 18/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
