ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to modify the order dated 03.03.2023 and allow CRL OP No.4995 of 2023. 2.This Court, vide order dated 03.03.2023, having taken note of the fact that the Sections under 279 and 337 I.P.C have been altered to 279 and 338 I.P.C, held that there is no need to pass any orders in the above Crl.O.P.No.4995 of 2023. Therefore, it is clarified that there is no need to alter or modify the FIR since it is reported that already investigation was completed and a final report was also filed. Hence, this Court is of the view that no modification is required in the order dated 03.03.2023 passed by this Court.
3.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
