2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that the case has been registered in C.Nos.297 and 413 of 2015 and since the matters essentially relate to a civil dispute, the same have been closed on 27.04.2015. He further submitted that a copy of Closure reports have been sent to the petitioners.

4.In view of the nature of the allegations, no positive direction can be issued for registering the case and therefore, these petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
