ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner, claiming to be a widow with two children, possessing a pass in 12th Standard, has come to this Court on the ground that when she applied for the post of Anganwadi Worker, after conducting interview on 21.08.2017, till date, the respondents have not come forward to consider her claim for the said post. It is also stated that she is possessing all the requisite qualification for the said post and therefore, a direction be given to the respondent to consider her case.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is one of the candidates applied for the aforesaid post and the respondent till date have not finalilsed the selection process. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that the petitioner is also going to be considered on merits along with others and therefore, at this stage, the writ petition has to be dismissed as premature one.

4. I also find merit on the said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader. The reason is when the respondent has not finalised the selection process, the petitioner cannot come to this Court. Further, this Court is unable to find any justification for the petitioner to make any allegation against the respondent. Therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
