The Original Petition has been filed for issuance of Letters of Administration to the estate of N.Mukgundan, who died unmarried on 16.11.2017. The petitioners who are the brothers and sister of the deceased have come forward with this application for grant of Letters of Administration.

2. The fourth petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has apart from producing the death certificate of his father T.Narasimhan and the death certificate of the mother N.Mohana, also produced the death certificate of Mukgundan. The legal heirship certificate issued on 14.06.2013 in respect of N.Mohana would show that the petitioners are the brothers and sister of deceased N.Mukgundan. Though the publication has been made regarding the claim, no objections have been received.
3. In view of the above, this Original Petition is ordered and issuing a Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioners in respect of the estate of deceased N.Mukgundan. The petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/-.
