] We have carefully perused the evidence of the minor victim girl PW.1. The doctor evidence also indicates the offences. According to the minor victim girl she was threatened under knife and offence was committed. That being so, we do not find any reason to suspend the sentence.

2. Thus, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
