(CR.NO.183 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para No. 3(C) the petitioner is directed to report before the investigation officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders by order of this Hon'ble Court dated 19.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.8804 of 2022 and pass such further order or orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 8804 of 2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
