mmi on 25.03.2026 and that the mandate had expired on 20.03.2026. It is also submitted that the arbitral award has been implemented.

3. Considering the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of three months from 20.03.2026. It is open to the parties to take necessary steps in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
