-VsThe State Rep. by The Inspector of Police, T-16, Nazarathpet Police Station, Chennai ..Respondent/Respondent/Complainant Prayer: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.PC to relax the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee in the bail order in Crl.M.P.No.1763 of 2019 dated 02.04.2019 in paragraph No.5 "the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police station weekly once i.e every Sunday at 10.00 am until further orders".

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by the Court below while granting bail to the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are aggrieved by the condition imposed by the Court below, wherein, the Court below has directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 am until further orders and pray for relaxation of the same.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below on the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on every Sunday is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
