O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.1770 of 2019 dated 24.01.2019.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent submitted that the order dated 24.01.2019 passed

by this Court in W.P.No.1770 of 2019 has been complied with, in letter and spirit, by way of the proceedings of the respondent herein in Na.Ka.A/1/2009 dated 11.04.2019. A copy of the said proceedings has also been produced before this Court, today. It is also stated that the petitioner has been communicated with the said order.

3. Taking note of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the contempt petition stands closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent dated 11.04.2019 by way of appeal, if he is so aggrieved.
