Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail conditions imposed as the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e.on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this court against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3990/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1627/2021 in Cr.No.17/2021 dated 20.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.ASHOKKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.3990 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1627 of 2021 dated 20.04.2021 passed by this Court.

2. This Court, vide order dated 20.04.2021 directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet, thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 22.02.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1627 of 2021 stand unaltered.
