This petition has been filed to substitute M.Premavathi, wife of the deceased S.Manoharan, and M.Praveen, and M.Hemanth, sons of the deceased S.Manoharan, as petitioners 1 to 3 in the writ petition, in the place of the deceased sole petitioner, S.Manoharan.

Heard both sides.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition.
