The relief sought for in the writ petitions is to quash impugned order in memo No.Estt.IV/5/03/Ms/dated.9.1.2004 of termination of the petitioner from services by the respondent's university.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, there is nothing survives in this writ petition.
