ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 03.11.2014, to investigate and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint dated 03.11.2014 and after receipt of the report of the Tahsildar that the entries in the revenue records are genuine, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
