O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to give police protection based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.06.2015 in Crime No.174 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's husband Vinayagam was done to death on 08.06.2015, in connection with which, the respondent police have registered a case in crime No.174 of 2015 under Section 302 IPC against Vasantha, Saritha and Mohan. Now, it is contended by the petitioner that the said Mohan who is none other than the brother-in-law of this petitioner has been released on bail and is threatening the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is given liberty to lodge a complaint, if there is any threat from the accused in Crime No.174 of 2015 and on such complaint being given, the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall be enquired into by the respondent police and action shall be taken, in accordance with law.
